Leadership Styles

Leadership style refers to the approach and method utilized by a leader to convey his or her ideas and administer plans. There are four basic styles of leadership namely; autocratic, bureaucratic, democratic and laissez-faire. Each leader has his or her distinct style of working.

Bisexuality is completely natural just like being straight, gay or lesbian. People who are bisexual are attracted to people from both genders, and can have relationship with members of either gender. However, bisexuals face a lot of discrimination as bisexuality is not accepted in many countries, including the United States. In addition, people, who do not know about bisexuality but find themselves attracted to men and women, get confused about their sexuality.
