Why You Should Not Call A Guy After A First Date ?
A guy always puts up his best forth to impress a girl on their first date. And no wonder the sailing is smooth enough that the girl would like to continue with the relationship. But the unspoken rule is that never take things for granted. |
Generally it is said that a girl should not call the guy immediately after the first date, how much ever successful it was, with some exceptional cases. One needs time to sleep over the matter for a while. But if it so happens that the guy does not have any contact number, then it becomes imperative to call him in return. If the guy was given a contact number during the first date, then it would be a case of wait and watch to see if the guy is really interested.
Sometimes it may also happen that he has been told that he would be called, then again one cannot expect him to call, but one needs to call him. On not receiving any call from the guy, as promised, one should not rush to call him back to find out what went wrong. He should be given time and space to keep up his promise of calling. This time gap and the mysterious silence will add more spice to the friendship.
All said and done this does not mean that calling a guy after the first date is absolutely wrong, but it is better to let him call so that he does not get the feeling the girl is more anxious to move the relationship ahead. This might just put him off.
