If one of glands has a problem with it energy flow, or chi, then the entire body is affected leading to ill health. Using the Tao of sexuality, it is possible to increase the flow of jing chi and convert it to chi. If a person has a strong chi, he or she is healthy and knows what they want. This promotes the conversion of chi into spiritual energy, known as shen in Chinese.
This means by increasing sexual desire, you not only improve your performance in bed, you attain good health and spirituality. This is the fundamental principle of Tao of sexuality.
