    • Focus On Positive Thinking: Think of your happy place like a beach or Disney Land. Positive Thinking will alleviate your anger.
    • Take A Cold Shower: Sometimes a simple cold shower can help calming your down.
    • Let Humor Calm You Down: Humor is a good medicine for anger management. Try to think of a good joke the next time you are mad.
